English: ENG3U, ENG4U, COPE, SAT, SSAT, OSSLT, SAT
Mathematics: Calculus, Function, Data, AP Calculus, SAT Math
Computer Science: Robotics, Python, C, Java, Algorithms, Web Application, Web Design
Sciences: Physics, Chemistry, Biology
Business: Accounting, Economics, International Business
Social Science: History (Canadian, American, The World), Psychology
Qualifications
Currently Pursuing University undergraduate degree or higher
Have studied in an Ontario high school and is familiar with the Ontario Curriculum
1+ years of tutoring/teaching experience is an asset
Passionate about teaching and ability to teach in an interesting and engaging fashion
Great interpersonal skills, creativity, and dedication to the progress and improvement of students
Fluent English speakers or Mandarin speakers
Specific Responsibilities Include:
Delivering course curriculum in classroom and/or online settings
ensuring student awareness of course objectives and accurate understanding of course material
Evaluate student progress and design the course tailored to each student’s background, experiences, and individual learnings styles
Use of multi-media presentations and incorporating technology into the learning process where applicable
Attending periodic faculty meetings
Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to department head
